Here's one more one of what makes James and I a "living" family.

I have a very close and very good friend who grew up in East Hampton. James' grandparents spent time visiting town when he was very young – and his grandparents were the first three to make up this little village with a single family of five. In our time in Richmond that had changed immensely. One of the first things we did on our return tour to Richmond and a few other places was to do something called "counsel-like" for a young man. There was a boy named Henry and he was always around at his friend's house talking about a trip. He was always talking about how much he loved the community, which was like being able to live, in spite of all the dangers that would come their way every year to and through that town. The man called he was a pretty, nice man. He said he had been to the mall to see what the mall was all about and the mall was just all about fun. We went down there on Sunday afternoon to try to catch a glimpse.

The man told us that his parents had sold some of the house
