love quotes from books:

"I think in the end, we're going to see more positive ideas about how we should make society fit in, more ways to think more carefully and more effective in things like marriage, parenting and what it means as a human being… I think we're going to see some very clever ways, to come back to traditional values and beliefs to make everybody a better member of society."

But we have to be able to embrace new things within an expanding community to truly make lasting impact on it. This isn't just about equality, but about respecting and respecting all lives, regardless of gender or sexual orientation.

If we can get people to have all those different experiences, then no one will be discouraged from going to church every night because they're not the same person. This is why when a friend goes to a church they're still the same person. It's true that we love different religions, but we don't have to look for the same reason. When you have a conversation with a pastor about God's love and understanding, no matter your sexual orientation, you have to have some kind of "I'm a bisexual, but I will be a lesbian if I find love" moment with them, or at least some sort of "I don't have to live to see your pain".
